Rosemberg Membreno received a B.A. in History from Montclair State University in New Jersey (following an A.A.S. in Paralegal from the Berkeley College of Business). He received his J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University in May, 2006. He served as the vice-president of the Hispanic Law Students Association from 2004-2006. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in May, 2007.
Mr. Membreno joined Rubinton and Laufer with over seven years of progressive experience in claimant and insurance defense of complex litigation matters, including: class action, commercial litigation, products liability, wrongful death, personal injury, and property damage. In addition to several years as a paralegal prior to completing his legal studies, he held the position of Associate at the Huron Consulting Group, and at Matt Hellman, P.A. Mr. Membreno is fluent in Spanish and English.
