Joanna E. Frankel received a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Central Florida, and her J.D. from the St. Thomas University School of Law. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in May of 2007, and is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court, Florida Southern and Florida Middle Districts.
Ms. Frankel has worked as an Estate Manager for a large individual Trust and Estate. In that capacity, she provided oversight and management, trust accounting, payroll, and tax reporting requirements. She also supervised the investment portfolio. She has also been a highly respected paralegal, particularly in the areas of nursing home defense, insurance litigation, and legal and medical record research.
Prior to joining Rubinton & Laufer, Ms. Frankel was an Associate at the firm of Boyd, Santini, Parker & Colonnelli, P.A. in Miami.
